Timelines and Performance Expectations

Mode Marketing LLC delivers SEO, paid media, and website optimization work according to agreed project plans. Search rankings, ad delivery, and platform algorithms are controlled by third parties; projected timelines and outcomes are professional estimates based on experience, not guaranteed results.

Fees and Advertising Spend

Client invoices may include agency fees and, where applicable, advertising spend managed on your behalf. Funds deployed directly to ad platforms are generally non-refundable once spent, as they are consumed by those platforms. Retainer and project fees are due per the signed agreement to avoid interruption of services.

Client Responsibilities

To keep campaigns on schedule, clients of Mode Marketing LLC agree to provide timely access to websites, ad accounts, analytics, brand assets, and approvals. Delays in providing required materials or feedback may shift delivery dates for SEO, ads, and landing page work.
